Marketing & Customer Service Representative (“MCSR”) to Manage New Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) Department – Maternity Leave Replacement
The MCSR assists the Marketing Manager by helping coordinate client communication and communication with other departments as well as in overall improvement of customer service procedures and processes.
1) Attention to Detail and Ability to Draft Meeting Notes and designate actions
2) Good communication skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and work with management team
3) Working knowledge of Hootsuite and other Social Media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Linked In , Pinterest etc.
4) Graphic Design skills for producing sales collateral - specifically Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
5) Basic knowledge of HTML and web editing skills
6) Bilingual - English and French preferred ( written and spoken)
7) Knowledge of CRM systems like Sales Force Pro and SAGE
