Which payment methods are accepted?

Orders are processed using paypal. If you do not have a paypal account, you can use any major credit card (Visa, American Express or Mastercard). Use your credit card online without exposing your card number to merchants. For more information on payment security visit www.paypal.com


How do I know my order was received?

You will receive an order confirmation via once the order has been received.

 


How do I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

You can make changes to via phone (1-800-352-6147 ext 118) or email (jennifer@roofersworld.com) up until the order has been shipped. The sooner the better!

Can I refund my order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will refund your money in full up to 30 days after you receive your product.


How/When will my package be shipped?

We use UPS for Canadian and FedEx for USA shipments unless requested otherwise. Standard shipping days can be as little as one day for local orders (Ontario/Quebec) up to 4 days for western (British Columbia/Alberta) orders. Visit www.ups.ca or www.fedex.com for more information.

Tracking information is sent via email so you have the convenience of tracking your own package until its safe arrival.

Orders placed before 2pm (monday-friday) will be shipped same day (provided we have stock). Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped next day.


Are there additional fees or requirements for border crossing?

No. You only pay for the product, applicable taxes and shipping charges stated (if applicable). There are no additional fees for customs clearance or pickup.

What are the delivery charges for my order?

Orders $0 - $250 = $15.00 Freight Cost

Order $250 - $500 = $10.00 Freight Cost

Order $500 + = FREE Freight
